Summary
Go For Extreme Velocity
Cons: The only thing that made F-Zero fell a little behind is that amatuer racers usually doesn't get used to the control of handling those corner turns and slides since the GBA only had four buttons to used and some tracks are very difficult to master.
Pros: F-Zero: Maximum Velocity had show speed by introducing four new vehicles, six unlockable vehicles, twenty all-new tracks and four different difficulties. It also offer a Mode 7 style graphic quite like the one used for the Super NES version of F-Zero. The all-new tracks are design cleverly with shortcuts, traps, obstacles and high jump plates fully intact.
Reviewer's Comments
Since Nintendo brought back the Super NES racing franchise to the GBA in pocket form, it's great to have play this game even if you are an F-Zero elite or not. I'm an F-Zero eilte since the Super NES and I had no problem handling the control here but for amatuer player, this is not for you so you better be off to get the next GT Advance or perhaps a trial race in Mario Kart. But as far as F-Zero: Maximum Velocity goes, this is a well challenge racing game that every elite racing fans gotta get.
