Summary
The Fantasy continues...
Pros: -Good graphics for it's time
-Good Junction Sytem, that allowed you to costumize your characters with various Spells and Abilities.
-The story isn't perfect for Final Fantasy, but it's still memorable and you begin to care about the characters the deeper you play into the game.
Cons: -GF sequences were too long and repetative.
-Drawing spells from enemies was repetative
-The relationship between Squall and Rinoa could've been done better.
-Junctioning magic to characters didn't make you want to use the magic in the game too much, however you could junction a Spell to your attack, which helped.
Reviewer's Comments
To me, this game was made into one of the finest Final Fantasy games, ever. The Junction System was fun and it allowed you to customize your characters with detail. The story was unique, but the Squall/Rinoa relationship didn't really kick off until the final scene of the game unfortunately.
Besides the story, I think this game delivered 95%. The bosses, battle system, and characters are all memorable and since it's not that hard to find and probably less than $20, I'd definitely give it a try if I where you.
