Pros: The dark ambience and the game itself is well made. If Alone in the Dark inspired 3 prequels before it, New nightmare is worth playing.
Cons: Difficulty. It's hard. Easy to play, easy to get into - hard to overcome.

I suggest playing this game in the dark with a good sound system or Wireless Headphones. The game itself it a very good one and will keep your intrests for a while. If you like games like Silent Hill or Resident Evil, give it a go.
