Summary Superb Collection!!!

Pros: Like many other gamers, I thank Sega for this compilation of over 30 games! All of these games are intact from their original versions, unlike the loathsome Sega Classics Collection which was an insult to the original games that they ported and to gamers everywhere. This compilation has all three Golden Axe games, two Sonic games, and two Shinobi games to name a few. The arcade Altered Beast that can be unlocked is sweet!!! In the Genesis version of Altered Beast they even made the playable characters(player 1 and 2)movements more fluid when they are walking because in the original the main characters walked painfully slow. This is a vast improvement, along with a excellent new save feature that allows players to save any game in three slots for any game anywhere. In other words, you can save Sonic the Hedgehog in the middle of a level or even in the middle of a jump if you like. This innovation has, to my knowledge never been seen on a console game but has always been on PC rom games of old classics. However this is the only thing in any of these games that they changed or beefed up which is great. After their failure with SCC(Sega Classics Collections), the people at Sega have definitely reconciled themselves with fans of these old Genesis games!!!
Cons: What cons???? Oh, for you gamers out there who may be pissed off that they didn't include certain games like Streets of Rage for example, don't fret. I'm sure if this incarnation of games is successful in sales they'll make another collection... a volume 2!!!
